National food safety specialist and “Process Authority” Dr. Brian Nummer, Utah State University, will conduct a 3.5 day workshop in Indiana covering Fermentation and Reduced Oxygen Packaging (ROP). Two identical workshops will be offered: June 21-24 in Danville and September 13-16 in Evansville.
