The Rookie of the Year Award is given to a member of the Association actively engaged in the field of environmental health or public health preparedness and emergency response in the State of Indiana for less than two years. This award is given to members who have demonstrated exceptional performance on the job and are dedicated to the principles, goals and objectives of the Association.
